We are seeking a motivated, organised and friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at our GP surgery based on the Loughborough University campus.

- We are a friendly and well-organised two-partner GP practice based on the Loughborough University campus.
- 5 GPs supported by a strong multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, paramedics, OT, mental health nurse.

- GP Training and research practice
- Predominantly student population
- Strong admin team
- Systems: S1, Abtrace, Accurx
- Part of the very supportive Carillon PCN
CLOSING DATE: 6TH APRIL 2026
The role- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Working between 07:30 and 18:30 on a rota basis
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can work independently and as part of a busy practice team
- Is reliable, professional and patient-focused
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working in the NHS
- Familiarity with SystmOne
Training:
- Full training will be provided.
