Job Description
About the Role

Liverpool John Moores University is pleased to appoint a Campus Support Team Leader within the Campus Services Facilities Team. The role will support the strategy of Campus Support, providing team leadership across activities in one area, with mobility between buildings required to provide cover and additional support when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise and motivate the Facilities Team in the delivery of Estate and Facilities Management functions ensuring effective supervision, service standards, KPIs and the highest level of customer care.
  • Prioritise and allocate work for the Facilities Team, ensuring tasks are carried out in accordance with work schedules, service standards, KPIs, Health and Safety and Environmental Codes of Practice.
  • Ensure all work undertaken by the team is in accordance with risk assessments and control measures.
  • Provide driving support to enable effective coverage across the estate.
Qualifications & Experience
  • HNC / HND or equivalent qualification or proven track record of previous work experience.
  • Experience of supervising service delivery in an FM environment.
