Campus Recruitment & Events Strategist

Susquehanna is seeking a Recruitment Strategy & Events Coordinator to shape and deliver campus recruitment marketing and events. You'll partner with recruiters, universities, student societies and marketing to plan engaging activities and partnerships across Europe and beyond.

You will coordinate events from planning through follow-up, manage budgets, branding and material needs, and track outcomes to drive improvements in recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
