- THE ROLE -

To provide a professional, welcoming and knowledgeable reception service to all students, staff and visitors to Ulster University.

- ABOUT YOU -

You will have:

- A good standard of numeracy and literacy as demonstrated by qualifications (including GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics).
- Significant relevant experience working in an office/reception environment.
- Work based experience of using information technology including significant experience of the use of Excel, email, the internet and word processing.
- Experience of answering queries via telephone, email, face to face.
