Campus HR Business Partner: Experience & Growth

Amazon Mansfield Campus PXT is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive employee experience, engagement, and operational health across campus sites. You will partner with field leaders and site leadership to implement data-driven HR plans, improve culture, and ensure safety and policy adherence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, HR generalist experience in distribution/manufacturing, and comfort with HRIS and MS Office tools.
