Job Description
The role
What you'll do
  • Execute campaign plans across paid social, organic, and emerging platforms like Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram

  • Take briefs from the team and turn them into ready-to-launch campaigns

  • Manage timelines, assets, and copy to ensure everything goes live on time and to spec

  • Test and iterate on creative concepts, messaging, and formats, helping us figure out what works

  • Track performance and flag what's delivering results vs. what needs changing

  • Coordinate with paid agency, design and content to make sure campaigns stay on-brand and cohesive

  • Keep campaign assets, documentation, and performance summaries organized and up-to-date


What you bring
  • 2+ years of experience working in a marketing or executional role, ideally in-house.
  • Comfortable following structured direction and briefs, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, you don't let things slip.
  • Creative instinct and curiosity to try new formats, angles, and visuals.
  • Experience with Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written communication and a sense for what makes messaging engaging.
