JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to develop and execute customer-facing Lifecycle & Programmatic Marketing (CRM) campaigns supporting eBay's strategic growth globally. The candidate will manage launches across all of eBay's marketing channels (email, push notifications, homepage, in-app messaging, etc.) and across eBay's international markets.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, working cross-functionally to create, implement, and monitor the performance of recurring, trigger-based, and strategic marketing campaigns. The Campaign Manager will aim to increase user CLV by promoting adoption, engagement, and retention on eBay.

  3. - Supporting audience segmentation and targeting efforts with the Team Lead, Analytics, Database Marketing (DBM), and Product Marketing teams.
  4. - Ensuring seamless execution and deployment of campaigns, managing operational tasks and collaborating with Campaign Planning & Operations teams for building, testing, and launching campaigns.
  5. - Managing campaign reporting, analyzing data, and providing insights to guide scaling and testing strategies.
  6. - Overseeing project timelines, tracking campaign development, and updating stakeholders.
  7. Adopt an innovative and iterative mindset, supporting data-driven hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns based on learnings.
  8. Collaborate globally with team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share results.

  • Success in fast-paced, matrixed environments, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic and competitive industry.
  • Strong project management skills, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
