We're hiring Calypso Consultants - Multiple Roles Open Remote - Global

At Qaracter, we're looking for a Calypso Consultant with 2+ years of experience who's passionate about technology, eager to grow, and ready to work on impactful projects with major banks and financial institutions. You'll join a cross-functional team of professionals where knowledge is shared, effort is valued, and your ideas truly count.

What you'll be doing

• Implement and support the Calypso platform, adapting solutions to client needs
• Develop and configure system components using Java, SQL, XML
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to analyze requirements
• Support integrations, testing, upgrades, and optimization
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement in your squad
• Work in hybrid mode, closely connected with colleagues in Spain and beyond

️ What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience with Calypso, ideally in technical roles
• Hands-on experience with Java, SQL databases, and XML configuration
• Understanding of capital markets, treasury, or financial systems
• Ability to work both independently and in agile, collaborative teams
• English level B2 or higher - for daily use in global teams
• Availability for hybrid work in Madrid
