Calm Behaviour Mentor for SEMH Pupils - Long-Term Role

Senovo is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a structured alternative provision in Gants Hill, starting in September 2026. The role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and establishing trust to manage challenges.

Ideal candidates will have experience in schools or similar settings, and be able to maintain calm and professional attitudes while engaging with pupils. Pay ranges from £95 to £120 per day.
