Callout & Dispatch Coordinator

Zuno is seeking a Call Out Advisor in Leeds to be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance with installed products. You will perform basic technical troubleshooting and coordinate engineer visits, delivering prompt, professional support via phone, email, or online platforms.

You will manage calls, prioritise urgent requests, maintain CRM records, and liaise with engineers and management to drive timely resolutions.
