Call Center Representative (European Portuguese) 
We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Call Centre Representative to provide high-quality client service for online products for the Portuguese/International markets.
Role Overview:We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Call Center Representative to deliver high-quality client service for our online platform targeting the Portuguese and international markets. In this role, your main focus will be to engage with customers primarily via phone and email-promoting exclusive offers, encouraging deposits, and enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive, personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote current offers and bonuses;
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
- Engage with users to gather insights about their experience and provide support regarding our betting products and services;
- Provide clear information about promotions and account-related issues to encourage deposits;
- Record and track customer feedback and issues accurately;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all communications;
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
(Full training will be provided.)
Ideal profile for the position:- Fluency in European Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential;
- Proficiency in English is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or customer service role;
- Background in the iGaming or betting industry is highly preferred;
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills;
- Excellent listening skills and empathy with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively;
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to follow up on open issues;
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team;
- Flexible availability for working in different shifts (including evenings or weekends);
- Fast learner who can quickly absorb and adapt scripts during real-time conversations.
