Regeneron is currently seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Facilities Operations team.

When & Where- Shift Requirements: 24/7
- Location: Raheen, Limerick
- Comply with site safety policies and strive to maintain an accident free environment.
- Ensure documentation of maintenance activities to cGMP standards both in paper based records and the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain the physical condition and environment of all areas.
- Provide instrumentation/calibration support to Facilities, QA, Engineering and Operations.
- Adhere to assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings; maintain an up to date training file to ensure compliance.
- Support continuous improvement, 5S and Lean initiatives.
- Communicate with mid and senior management within the facilities department.
- Occasionally work on other process/utility/facility related tasks outside the calibration department's normal duties.
- Work with automated control systems and low voltages.
- Perform loop check, tune, troubleshoot and startup of instrumentation.
- Calibrate various types of instrumentation including temperature, pressure, level, flow and analytical instruments.
- A relevant recognised trade qualification, third level qualification preferred; 2+ years of experience in a similar position. Additional relevant experience may substitute the educational requirement.
