Calibration Tech

Regeneron is currently seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Facilities Operations team.

• Location: Raheen, Limerick

What You'll Do

• Comply with site safety policies and strive to maintain an accident free environment.
• Ensure documentation of maintenance activities to cGMP standards both in paper based records and the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain the physical condition and environment of all areas.
• Provide instrumentation/calibration support to Facilities, QA, Engineering and Operations.
• Adhere to assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings; maintain an up to date training file to ensure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement, 5S and Lean initiatives.
• Communicate with mid and senior management within the facilities department.
• Occasionally work on other process/utility/facility related tasks outside the calibration department's normal duties.

The Environment and Physical Rhythms of This Role

• Work with automated control systems and low voltages.
• Perform loop check, tune, troubleshoot and startup of instrumentation.
• Calibrate various types of instrumentation including temperature, pressure, level, flow and analytical instruments.

• A relevant recognised trade qualification, third level qualification preferred; 2+ years of experience in a similar position. Additional relevant experience may substitute the educational requirement.
