Cafe Supervisor: Lead, Train & Delight Guests

Bob and Berts in Coleraine is seeking a friendly and reliable Supervisor to lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in our busy cafe. You'll act as the manager on duty, oversee opening/closing, and maintain high service standards.

Key duties include training baristas, managing stock, handling POS transactions, and delivering outstanding customer service while driving team morale and profitability. Weekend and early-morning flexibility is required.
