Cafe Supervisor

Grade: SCP 4 - £25,185 per annum

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent

• Lead and support the café team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the café and catering services.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, allergen management and cleanliness.
• Support stock control, commercial performance and team development.

• An enthusiastic leader with excellent people skills.
• Experience within a café, catering or hospitality environment.
• Passionate about food safety and customer service.
• Organised, proactive and able to lead by example.
