Cafe Supervisor - Lead Team & Deliver Great Service

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at a major High Street brand in Maidstone, on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

In this role you will supervise frontline teams, maintain high standards of quality and customer service, and support with weekly rotas, stock control and compliance with Food Handling and Health & Safety regulations.
