Redemption Roasters Islington High Street is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead operations at their Hampstead Heath coffee shop. In this role, you'll support the manager, guide the team, and uphold hospitality standards while contributing to social impact through coffee.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in cafe management, demonstrate great leadership, and be passionate about coffee and hospitality. Weekend availability is required.
