Cafe Manager: Lead a Fast-Paced Team & Guest Experience

Morrisons is recruiting a high-performing Café Manager to lead a busy in-store cafe operation. You'll manage a team, focus on customer service excellence and drive performance across areas from service delivery to stock availability.

Reporting to the Area Hospitality Manager, you'll train staff, schedule shifts, handle performance conversations and work with store managers to deliver outstanding results for customers daily.
