Cafe Assistant Manager - Lead Service & Kitchen Prep

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust is recruiting a Café Team Leader for Queenswood Arboretum & Country Park in Leominster. The role supports the Café Manager, leading daily operations, and delivering high-quality food and service in a welcoming setting.

You will assist in kitchen tasks, manage front-of-house service, and help maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient café environment, including weekends. The post is full-time, 37 hours per week.
