As a barista at Costa coffee you'll provide exceptional services and serve as part of a team to deliver our store standards.

Costa coffee offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold and iced, along with baked products, patisserie items, hot breakfast and lunch on the go.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their favorite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit.
• Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation standards and availability.
• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to the customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
• Work as part of a winning team, pulling together with team members to adapt to a changing fast paced environment.
