Café Supervisor - Nature Reserve (30h/wk, Wed-Sat)

Suffolk Wildlife Trust is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead and support a team at Carlton Marshes, ensuring excellent customer service, food safety and café operations. The role is permanent, part-time (30 hours over four days: Wednesday to Saturday) with a starting salary £21,200 p.a.

(FTE £26,500). Base at Carlton Marshes Visitor Centre near Lowestoft; you will supervise staff and volunteers, manage rotas, stock, cash handling and events, and contribute to a welcoming visitor experience.
