Café Project Lead & Team Development Coach

The Message Trust in Sheffield is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead a two-year work-based training and discipleship programme. This role will support Team Members on their journey towards employment and positive life change, while also managing the Mess Café Woodseats.

The successful candidate will put their skills in project management and customer service to work, ensuring an excellent environment and upholding the values of The Message Trust. The position is for 35 hours a week, starting on July 20, 2026.
