Café Operations Manager - Lead, Serve & Optimize Retail

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the ASDA Skelton café. This fixed-term maternity cover role is hands on and customer focused, guiding a team to deliver excellent service and smooth day to day operations in a busy retail environment.
