Café Manager - Lead, Train & Delight Customers

Morrisons is seeking a Café Manager in Fort William to lead our café operations and ensure outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing the team and enhancing the café experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. The position entails training and managing staff to meet performance targets while ensuring high availability of products.
