Café Customer Concierge - Fast, Five-Star Service

Marks & Spencer Plc in Merthyr Tydfil is hiring for a hands-on role in our M&S Café. You'll serve food and drinks, make recommendations and keep the cafe running smoothly during peak periods.

You'll use digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, maintain food safety standards and deliver five-star service. The role is fast-paced, requires calm under pressure and strong teamwork.

Flexibility is essential; you'll adapt as needed across shifts, including Sundays and Saturdays.
