Café Assistant Manager - Lead & Elevate Guest Service

Shilstone House in South Devon is seeking a reliable Café Assistant Manager to help run the café day-to-day, lead the team alongside the Café Manager, ensure excellent customer service and maintain smooth operations.

This role offers 30-40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, with pay up to £13-£14 per hour plus tips. You will receive staff meals, a guest discount, and opportunities to visit local suppliers and take part in team events.
