Key Responsibilities
  • Providing the best customer service at all time
  • Looking after guests. Taking orders. Serving food and hot beverages.
  • Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance
  • Actively live Donnybrook Fair brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
  • Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the cafe area.
  • Assist customers with queries regarding all food and drinks
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous Waiting, Barista, Deli or similar experience is desired
  • HACCP training is desirable but not necessary
  • Ability to work as part of the team
  • Barista training is desirable but not necessary
