Café & Training Program Manager - Team & Impact Lead

A Sheffield social enterprise is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a two-year training and discipleship programme. This role includes managing the Mess Café Woodseats, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality coffee standards. The Project Manager will support individuals in developing skills and confidence as they prepare for employment. This position is 35 hours a week with the start date on 20 July 2026.
