Café & Events Lead - Museum Operations

Green & Fortune Ltd. is seeking an Events & Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day catering operation at London Museum Docklands.

You will lead dining and events services, ensuring excellent customer experiences and high presentation standards across café, event spaces, and back-of-house areas. Working with the General Manager, you will manage staff, recruitment, training, and daily production planning, while maintaining strong financial controls and health & safety compliance.
