Job Description
Your mission 
- Programming complex components using CAM software like hyperMILL or 3dX
- Run-in and supervise complex milled components, make and optimise changes
- Work on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain TNC640
- Load and prioritise prototype/one-off and small series parts using the latest robot technology
- Be responsible for the accuracy of the parts and the entire process, from ordering materials to checking the workpieces
- Work in a 2-shift operation
- Occasional weekend work
Your profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
- Several years of experience with 5-axis machines
- Several years of CAM experience / hyperMILL, CATIA V5, 3dX (an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the Heidenhain control system (an advantage)
- Enjoy working with high-tech materials
- Used to working carefully and independently
- A team player and very flexible
- Willing to work outside normal working hours
- Willing to work on a time-shifted basis
- Experience in a Formula 1 environment
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
