C2C Value Stream Lead - MRO & TRT Optimization

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a C2C Manager in Derby to lead the Trent XWB Value Stream, overseeing cross-functional IPTs across Aftermarket Ops, Value Stream and global overhaul bases to reduce time in shop and improve performance.

You will own the C2C vision, govern performance, drive TRT reduction, and deliver both internal and external reporting, partnering with Product Service Manager and Fleet Planning Manager.
