We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader at our Seven Dials store. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday to Sunday inclusive. The Team Leader assists the management team and can assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. This role encompasses team management, merchandise, customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing fragrance consultants.
