  • Coordinate purchasing of materials and services with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers across the globe
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and finance to deliver integrated project solutions
  • Manage contract negotiations, delivery planning, and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Identify risks in the supply chain early and implement proactive solutions to stay aligned with project timelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and support sustainable sourcing

Your Profile

You bring a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in procurement within a technical project environment. Specifically, you have:

  • A completed higher professional education (HBO) in (technical) business administration, supply chain, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a procurement role within offshore, energy, or technical sectors
  • Hands-on experience with contract management, delivery planning, and cost control
  • Affinity with sustainability and the energy transition
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with an analytical and proactive approach
  • Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a strong advantage

Organization & Offer

Our partner offers a chance to work on high-impact projects within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, delivering significant societal benefits. The environment is professional yet welcoming, with a team-oriented culture enhanced by various social events such as international sports championships, themed New Year celebrations, and casual summer barbecues.

You will benefit from flexible employment terms, allowing a choice between a higher salary or additional holidays. The comprehensive benefits package includes 31 days of annual leave, annual bonuses, profit sharing, a flexible pension scheme, travel allowances, and a work-from-home stipend. Extensive professional development opportunities are available to further enhance your skills.
