About the companyOur client is a RC frame, groundwork, demolition & civil engineering contractor that delivers a wide range of specialist services across civil, infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors. Many of the project that my client work on are prestigious across the U.K. Having known this business for many years, I've developed a strong relationship with the company and it's Directors.
About the roleDue to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Buyer to support the procurement department on projects ranging from £3m - £20m.
As the Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the requirements- 1+ years working years experience as a Construction Buyer.
- Experience in dealing with Groundwork, Drainage and Civil related projects.
- Previous experience working with a Civil or RC Frame contractor.
Salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
