Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated point of contact for each guest, anticipating and fulfilling their individualized needs. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and spa teams to manage all aspects of the guest journey, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service in a luxury environment.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, private residence, or butler service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, warm, professional, and discreet.
• Highly detail oriented and proactive in anticipating guest needs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests seamlessly.
• Confident in handling guest requests such as dining reservations, special occasions, unpacking/packing, and bespoke experiences.
• Collaborative team player who works closely with multiple departments.
• Maintains the highest level of discretion and integrity when handling guest information.
• Solution oriented, able to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
