Butler - Head Waiter, Corporate Hospitality

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious financial client based in Canary Wharf for an experienced Butler / Head Waiter to join their corporate hospitality team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional yet welcoming environment, delivering high-end service across events, conferences, and fine dining experiences.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional front of house service, ensuring VIP guests receive a seamless and memorable experience. This includes supporting corporate events, conference hospitality, and formal fine dining dinners.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a five star hotel, ideally within banqueting and fine dining.
• Strong understanding of formal service etiquette and VIP guest interaction.
• Confident, polished communicator with a professional presence.
• Energetic, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about hospitality.
• A strong team player who thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stay calm and deliver under pressure.
• Flexible availability.
• Client focused, with a proactive approach to service.
• Positive attitude and supportive towards colleagues.
