Butcher Manager

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Butcher Manager for one of our well established clients based in Co. Kerry.

The main responsibilities for the Butcher Manager will be to manage the daily operations for two-three busy locations with butcher facilities, oversee all aspects of the areas using your expertise and skills in butchery and management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ Years Butcher Manager in busy environments essential for this role
• Excellent butchery skills with knowledge and skills for butchery, boning, bone and rolling joints, carving, cooking and temperature control etc
• Stock taking, ordering, stock control and taking deliveries
• Butcher Manager who takes pride in their work with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and work within a team in a fast paced environment
• Excellent Organisation, Communication and Time Management skills
• Flexible attitude as working hours are five days a week on rotation

PACKAGE ON OFFER

• Competitive Salary of between €45,000 - €50,000 Per Annum dependent on experience
