Are you an experienced Butcher with a passion for quality produce and exceptional customer service? We're looking for skilled butchers to join a luxury retail environment, working with premium cured and smoked meats, including pork, in one of London's high-end stores.

The role

• Handling, cutting, and preparing cured and smoked meats
• Confidently working with pork products
• Delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury retail setting
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and food safety standards

• Strong skills in meat handling, cutting, and preparation
• Experience with cured and smoked meats (including pork)
