Business travel operations supervisor

Overview

Business travel Operations supervisor - Implant Required to work in central London for a high profile financial company. Salary between 43/45k, great benefits, 37.5 hours per week between 8:30am and 6:00pm. Business travel experience is a must and Sabre knowledge as well as some supervisory experience. 2/3 days a week in the office, the rest of the time home based.

Responsibilities

• Working on one high profile account booking UK, European and Worldwide travel arrangements using Sabre, including flights, car hire, transportation, hotels.
• Hands on role, but also overseeing a small, highly skilled business travel team
• Managing the day to day issues with the client
• Working with the clients travel policy finding the most cost effective travel solutions available
• Providing Visa advise

Qualifications

• Business travel consultant experience is a must as well as excellent Sabre knowledge
• Some team leader/Supervisory experience
• Happy to be client facing in a high profile, busy implant
• Strong airfares knowledge
• Able to work shifts between 8:30am and 6:00pm
