Role Summary

Day Lewis Plc is looking for a strategic, data-driven individual with pharmacy operations expertise to drive process improvement, lead cross-functional projects, and influence change across multiple sites. This role blends operational excellence, clinical insight, and financial acumen to deliver transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Drive business improvement through deep operational understanding.
• Support and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Balance strategic vision with the ability to meet targets.
• Analyse and challenge data to solve problems logically.

• Improve and innovate existing processes confidently.
• Understand E2E pharmacy dispensing and GPhC regulations.
• Experience of working in multi-site operations
• Ability to apply Six Sigma principles alongside project management skills.
• Experience of supporting new operational teams and driving business change.
• Motivate, influence, and develop themselves and teams

Finance & Data

• Build compelling benefits cases for projects.
• Extract and present data to support decisions.
• Design future-fit reporting frameworks.
• Communicate insights clearly and concisely.

Clinical

• Leverage pharmacy operational experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Develop SOPs and process flows across the business.
• Ensure robust clinical governance in change initiatives.
• Engage pharmacy teams with clear communication and planning.
