Job Description
Overview 
To provide the training and support of the Business systems, developing forms, providing system administration, advice and guidance to operational users. To support the development and implementation of working practices and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for 2 enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join the Business Intelligence Team supporting the Children & Families. We have an opening for 1 permanent and 1 fixed term (until Mar 2027) Business Systems Trainer and Support Officer.
Responsibilities- Support the current Children's Case Management System (Liquid Logic) as we implement the requirements of the Families First Programme, together with supporting the Children's transformation programme across SEND and Education.
- Maximise the use of the Education module of Liquid Logic across education support teams and external partners.
- Support a range of projects integrating AI products with existing case management solutions; understanding how this may shape future work is advantageous.
- Progress form redesign, develop training materials and deliver face-to-face training with front-line workers.
- Deliver training and/or present information to individuals and groups, requiring excellent interpersonal and ICT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and ICT skills; comfortable delivering training and/or presenting information to individuals and groups.
- Understanding of current developments and changes in government legislation relevant to Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill and the Families First programme.
- Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements for Children and families services and how the ICS system operates to support this.
- Able to work from Crewe or Macclesfield depending on preference; travel across the borough will be required.
- DBS check is required.
