Job Description: You will lead the configuration and optimization of a mission-critical toolstack to support rapid scaling. Reporting to the VP of Data, you will bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs, focusing on HubSpot, AI automation, and cross-departmental integrations to drive operational efficiency and data integrity across global teams.

What you will do

• Own the configuration and optimization of HubSpot and auxiliary systems like Slack, Aircall, and Linear.
• Design and implement automated workflows using low-code tools and AI to reduce manual overhead and friction.
• Govern a robust change control system to ensure scalable, high-quality system updates and technical feasibility.

The ideal candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience in CRM administration with at least 2 years of deep HubSpot expertise.
• Possesses a product mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrates practical experience applying AI and automation to real-world operational workflows and data management.
