Business Support Team Leader - People & Finance

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a suitable candidate to oversee a Business Support team in Tamworth within the Children & Families directorate. The role includes mentoring staff, 1:1s, and applying HR procedures to support service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 in Business Administration, strong literacy/numeracy, leadership ability, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365. Financial audit experience and notetaking are valued.
