Business Support Officer - Strategy, Equalities and Community Partnerships

Do you want to play a key support role close to the heart of strategy and decision making? The Strategy, Policy and Community Partnerships team leads on policy and strategy, supporting the strategic delivery of cross cutting corporate programmes and advising on change and transformation within the council and the wider community.
Responsibilities- Provide professional and proactive support to manage the government funded Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) for local authorities in England.
- Deliver administrative support with finance and reporting requirements for the CRF.
- Lead on communications and engagement work related to the CRF and the Grants programme.
- Work closely with community partners through the Grants programme.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, collaborative, curious and able to manage own time and priorities.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work on several different areas of work at any time, with different people and managers.
- Experience of or interest in working with voluntary and community sector organisations.
