Job Description
Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer from September 2026, providing administrative support to our student attendance department within All Saints Catholic College.

Applicants must be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work alongside the Attendance Officer, undertaking tasks relating to data input, customer service and reporting. Experience of any of these areas would be beneficial, but training will be provided. The role also involves providing a comprehensive and highly efficient service dealing with enquiries from staff, students and external agencies in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
