Based in our head office in Holmes Chapel, our Level 3 Business Support Apprenticeship is perfect for a conscientious and reliable people person with strong organisation, communication and IT skills.

As a Business Support Apprentice, you will work within our Digital Transformation and Marketing teams, collaborating with other internal teams to foster a culture of innovation and ensuring the successful integration of digital initiatives to ensure a seamless transition and minimal disruptions. This support will ultimately enable our people to perform at their best & the organisation to help people enjoy 'Leisure for Life'.

You will need to have a dynamic, passionate, and proactive demeanour with an ability to take real ownership for decision making as well as

strong organizational and time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Through the apprenticeship you'll gain first-hand experience of a wide range of administrative, business and management skills, with a focus on learning how people make a business flourish through its digital transformation.

As well as learning about the leisure industry, you will help with collaboration of internal teams to foster a culture of innovation and ensure the successful integration of digital initiatives. You will also assist with staff guidance to ensure all are properly trained to use new systems, such as front-desk staff for booking systems or trainers for virtual fitness classes.

Salary:

• Year 1 (months 1 - 6): £19,772 per annum
• Year 1 (months 7 - 12): £21,561 per annum
• Year 2 (months 1 - 6): £21,774 per annum
  Subject to performance reviews

Hours: 37 hours per week
