About the role:TheSpecial Missions (SpM)Business Support Admin Assistant reports to the Special Missions Support Admin Supervisor. Youare responsible forthe provision of administrative and business support duties totheSpMManagement Team.
The role's key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Assistingwith day-to-daySpMfinancial issues
- Organisingmeetings
- Managing Excel financial databases and records
- Preparing customer invoices, quotes, and associated documents
- Preparing customer reports andstatistics
- Answering the telephone, managing calls, and taking messages
- Flight hoursverificationfor billing
- Booking and monitoring HOTAC, Transport
- Processing new starters and leavers including sending joininginstructions
- Tracking purchases, equipment signed out to crew, and uniformordering
- Previousadmin experience
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have a can-do attitude
- Previousfinance experience is desired
