Responsibilities- Work directly alongside the CEO on corporate strategy, operations, and capital market initiatives.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and contribute to IPO preparation activities.
- Assist in developing internal systems and producing investor facing materials.
- Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and macroeconomic analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in meetings, strategic discussions, and investor preparation sessions.
- Coordinate with teams across the UK, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands on international projects.
- A top graduate or final year student from a leading university (Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, etc.).
- Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or Strategy.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly analytical, detail oriented, and driven by an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ambition to grow into a strategic leadership role within a high growth business.
Annual base salary £38,000 - £60,000, depending on background and experience. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application.
This position operates within a formal office environment, requiring professional dress at all times and limited use of personal mobile phones to lunch breaks.
Bonus SchemeDefinite bonus twice a year.
Salary ReviewEvery June and December.
Attire Allowance£800 per year for formal office attire.
Holidays20 days annual leave + bank holidays. Available for long serving team members.
