Business Services Co-ordinator - Canons Ashby

We're looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at Canons Ashby.

If you're brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, upholding high standards in service and presentation, then this could be the role for you.

What it's like to work here

You'll be part of a small team of staff and dedicated volunteers working together to provide great experiences for visitors. There's a strong team spirit and passion for the property. You'll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of the office and operations - from ordering supplies, managing group bookings, to banking.

What you'll be doing

This is a busy place; no two days are the same. You'll support all departments - events, admin, purchasing - and be responsible for banking. You'll be the first person people see when they come into the office. You'll champion best practice and confidently challenge the status quo when better solutions exist. You will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays and one weekday as duty manager.

Who we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you're:

• Experienced in business support with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
• Good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
• Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Flexible and focused on people
• Happy to multitask and manage your own priorities and workload
