Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is a key sales channel for BT, and an exciting segment in Enterprise, putting focus on small and medium business customers. Our purpose in SME is to be the engine for growth for UK small businesses, ensuring they have brilliant solutions to help their businesses thrive.
You will deliver defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition, up-sell and retention of UK SME customers. You'll be selling to our customers through mostly outbound calls with a mix of other options at times. You will answer and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures.
Skills You'll Need:
Confident and effective communicator
Comfortable using IT systems, databases and software packages
Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Sales experience is advantageous
