Your Mission
As a Business Product Manager , you are the driving force behind our innovative adtech products - the bridge between top-tier European broadcasters, internal stakeholders, and our powerhouse engineering teams. You understand market needs before the market does.
TV advertising is becoming programmatic. Audio is going data-driven. And ad slots? They're no longer just placeholders - they're dynamic, rule-based, and demand intelligent decisioning systems. Your mission: unite these hybrid worlds and deliver pioneering solutions for our clients.
Together with you, we'll create products that define the future of advertising - across linear TV, addressable TV, OLV, and audio platforms.
Activities
- Freedom to create : Develop new features, improve existing platforms, and bring your own ideas to the table - no endless approval loops.
- Real impact : Your work enables major European broadcasters to monetize their audio and video inventory effectively.
- Pioneering spirit : You'll operate at the frontier of traditional and digital advertising - defining standards where none exist (yet).
- Variety at its best : From business analysis and strategy to technical integration and stakeholder management - no two days are alike.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience in Adtech/Martech - ideally in video or audio advertising.
- A strong grasp of ad formats, tools, and technical ecosystems , plus a sharp business sense.
- You're organized, self-driven, and accountable - ready to take initiative and own your work.
- A proven track record of successfully launching features or products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication skills to influence, align, and inspire stakeholders.
